We ship worldwide! As long as your country is accepting shipments from Singapore.

All orders will be processed in batches, usually within 10 days of the order being placed.

Do note that if your order contains a PREORDER item, the whole order will only be sent out AFTER all items in your order are ready. By purchasing any preorder items, you automatically agree to the waiting time required.

These delivery timings could be subjected to unexpected delays, especially during peak times such as holiday seasons.

If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, customs fees may or may not be imposed varying to your country's regulations.

For the UK/EU as of July 2021, customers will have to pay VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country's offices. This is for any and all packages - no matter the value. Please note that HEYJONUT is not responsible for and will not be collecting or remitting VAT.

In the case that customs returns a package to me, customers have the option of paying shipping again to have their order resent, or request for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

It is possible to get a faster response on your parcel's status by directly checking with USPS after the tracking status has changed to "Arrival At Destination Post"

The following is directly quoted from my local mailing company, Singpost:

The designated operator of USA, USPS, has informed that from 1 October 2015, online tracking and delivery information for registered letter mail sent from Singapore to USA will not be visible or available on USPS website www.usps.com. Hence, tracking information is only available up to "Arrival at Destination Post" on SingPost website. Customers in Singapore can raise enquiry with SingPost if the addressee confirms non-receipt of the Registered Article after 18 working days from posting. SingPost will check with the USPS on the status of the item, and under the international postal agreement, USPS may take up to 60 days to reply to SingPost.

Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we will not be offering refunds or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes preordered items.

Exchanges for apparel are accepted only for available sizes and of the same design as purchased. Please note that customers are to bear the costs for all shipping and/or taxes incurred in the process of returning the item to us and reshipping out the exchanged item.

Yes, sure! For any signature requests, please leave them in the order comments including: which print to sign, front/back and who to sign to (if not stated, print will be signed to first name in order details).
